Needed something else needed to be checked during our oil change. The service guy said it would be at least 24-48 hours of our car in the garage before they could check it out. Something about not having a technician to check the problem. No car to provide us while we wait. We only have 1car. When my husband complained they put on the sheet he became irate. This is the first time we have had any trouble with the dealer. We purchased our car from Bill Bryan and we figured since this company bought the business they would have to honor the warranties we have. Purchased extra warranties with the purchase of the car. More
