Purchased 2018 vehicle under 30,000 miles in August of 2020 - was informed it still had 3y/36,000 warranty remaining - few months later when warranty item arrived...we were told “oops, looks like vehicle 2020 - was informed it still had 3y/36,000 warranty remaining - few months later when warranty item arrived...we were told “oops, looks like vehicle was initially sold in June 2017....vehicle was out of warranty June 2020....months before we purchased it - dealership knew this.... - first said too bad - after 4 hours of phone calls it was - the dealership said they would pay 50%.....just proves the old adage that customers don’t matter - I wonder how many times they have done this to other people just hoping nothing goes wrong with vehicle. More

Scott was totally awesome on this process. Initially I was looking at a Chevy Blazer. The day that I came to the dealership, Scott already had the vehicle pulled out of the lot, snow cleared and warmed up was looking at a Chevy Blazer. When I told him I decided that I wanted to purchase the Colorado, Scott immediately said not a problem and proceeded to get the Colorado ready for a test drive.
