The whole process was quick and easy. I found the staff to be extremely upfront and honest and full of knowledge. Buyer beware. Was lied to about used Jeep Grand Cherokee. Wasn’t told it came from Canada at auction! Was told it was serviced for several issues by Jeep in Wisconsin a few times before I bought Cherokee. Wasn’t told it came from Canada at auction! Was told it was serviced for several issues by Jeep in Wisconsin a few times before I bought and again before it was delivered. That was another lie. Was delivered a car with an open recall and upon further investigation reveals never went to Jeep for issues not starting and remote start not working before delivery as promised. Diesel Jeep was delivered with zero Def in it as well. They’ve had my Jeep now 9 days. Told me I’d have to pay them 11k to fix it and the next day it was 4K to fix possibly with a change in what was wrong. No return call from General Manager after repeated calls and messages. I’m going to have to call the Attorney General and BBB and DOT now because they lied about the cars history and work performed. 22k fine by Chrysler if Jeep Chrysler dealer doesn’t fix an open recall. Receptionist was rude as well. Regret ever buying there. More

I liked the sales guy I talked with. Nice an polite. Vehicles seem good shape but I dont like how Kearns doesn’t give a 3 month warranty like most dealerships do and that was never talked about until I Vehicles seem good shape but I dont like how Kearns doesn’t give a 3 month warranty like most dealerships do and that was never talked about until I asked after I bought the SUV. I think Kearns leaves Information out on purpose just for the sale. I got a owners manual in Spanish so I asked for a English version and the finance guy told me do just look it up on google. Sorry I can’t do that bc it’s not a guarantee I’ll have a phone on me but I will have the owners manual. Me personally I don’t think I’ll go back to Kearns bc of those reason but mainly bc I believe they leave information out. Not even 24 hours after buying it i had to take it in. So with no kearns warranty it comes out of pocket. Already spent $23,000 and now I get to spend more More

Great experience as a first time buyer I went to Kearns to buy my first vehicle, and it was amazing. Jeff Schultz and Jon Green knew exactly what I was looking for and helped me a lot. I we I went to Kearns to buy my first vehicle, and it was amazing. Jeff Schultz and Jon Green knew exactly what I was looking for and helped me a lot. I went and looked at a vehicle on a Wednesday, and brought it home a week later. Jeff kept in contact with me through out the whole process. His communication helped a lot and we were always on the same page. Tim Belstner and Jeff also helped with a couple minor details on the vehicle and everything was taken care of Right away. Jeff had the vehicle ready, clean, and in top notch condition. It was a very easy decision, and the vehicle and I were taken care of very well. I am very happy that I was able to meet these guys and it was an amazing experience. More
