Not the experience I had with Tim Border as my salesman! He took the time to help me figure out what car would suit me best, was personable, straightforward listened to my concerns. I did a lot of research before choosing a car, so I asked lots of questions and he happily answered my questions thoroughly, factually, and honestly. Willie helped me with a trade-in and financing, and got me a rate much lower than I thought I could even qualify for. They prepared the cumbersome tax paperwork for me (I am an out-of-state resident) and, when it was time to drive off with my new vehicle, I had everything I needed and then some! Highly recommend! More

A nice place to do business with out in the country Tim was our salesman and he worked to accommodate our needs. We negotiated and believe that we came out with price on a 2009 Toyota that was fair to Tim was our salesman and he worked to accommodate our needs. We negotiated and believe that we came out with price on a 2009 Toyota that was fair to everyone. When we discovered that one of the heated seats didn't work Tim had their mechanic check it out. He confirmed it and they offered a much better price if we were to take it to Toyota for the seat and some factory recalls. Since we wanted to close the deal we were happy to accept their offer as if they were to take it to Toyota for the recalls it would have delayed the deal about a week. When we took it to Toyota they had to order parts and we had to come back so we are glad it worked outs way to everyone's advantage and we didn't have to wait for them to care for it. I would definitely buy another car from Barkau (and Tim). (This was back in July of 2014 and I am just getting to write this now.) More

Tim was excellent!! We looked at a number of online sites and visited a number of dealerships in our search for a car for our Dad. Tim was super helpful and emailed me within an hour of my request online. He even responded to each email within a few hours and answered all my questions. A few hours before I even drove 45min to get there, he even emailed to let me know a van we were interested in was sold. This dealership is super friendly and honest. They went above and beyond. We were there almost an hour and a half after close, and not once did they make us feel rushed! Time even showed me how to connect my phone to my van. I highly recommend this dealership!!
