Failed Emissions Test – October 28, 2022 ( before our purchase) State records show the car failed Emissions test. This failure occurred before the vehicle was listed for sale by Audi Grapevine and BMW o purchase) State records show the car failed Emissions test. This failure occurred before the vehicle was listed for sale by Audi Grapevine and BMW of Arlington. The vehicle was serviced and relisted for sale multiple times before we were sold this car without knowledge of this information. Jan 17, 2025 – Title and Registration On January 17, 2025, our BMW was titled with 21,248 miles by BMW of Arlington. Just two days later, it was listed for sale at 41,418 miles, and then again at 48,290 miles. That discrepancy triggered a “possible odometer rollback” alert from the National Motor Vehicle Title Information System (NMVTIS). NMVTIS is a federally mandated vehicle history database the only one of its kind in the United States. It’s managed by the U.S. Department of Justice, administered by the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators (AAMVA), and mandated under the Anti-Car Theft Act of 1992. This alert isn’t speculation..it’s a system-level flag based on mismatched mileage reports. It confirms what we’ve been saying all along: the numbers don’t add up, and someone tried to conceal it. Odometer rollback is a federal offense under the Truth in Mileage Act. We are Laqueeta Humes and Leevan Wilson, a couple from Georgetown, Texas, and we’re sharing our story to protect other buyers from what we believe is a pattern of concealment, misrepresentation, and coercion by BMW of Arlington a dealership operated by Group 1 Automotive and part of the BMW North America and BMW Global network. On March 26, 2025, we purchased a BMW 840i Gran Coupe from BMW of Arlington, financed through GM Financial. The financing included Road Hazard Tire & Wheel Protection, yet the vehicle was delivered with multiple defects: · A broken underbody protection panel · Defective tires requiring inflation within three days · A cigarette odor inside the cabin · Missing BMW floor mats On April 5, 2025, we submitted our initial complaint requesting inspection and replacement of the run-flat tires, reporting the odor and broken panel, and asking for the missing floor mats. We also expressed disappointment over the lack of response. On May 14, 2025, we filed a formal complaint after discovering that BMW of Arlington had misrepresented warranty coverage. Despite our Road Hazard Protection contract clearly stating 24 months, unlimited mileage, and a $0 deductible cashier Marcie Berry charged us $519.70 for a replacement tire. The coverage was provided by Fidelity Warranty Services, Inc. and bundled into our GM Financial agreement. We also discovered the vehicle had a visibly bent factory rim at delivery. There was no inspection or disclosure of this damage at the time of sale. The rim contributed to persistent tire pressure issues, yet BMW of Arlington refused to acknowledge or repair it under warranty. On July 23, 2025, we received a service appointment confirmation email from Marcie Berry. She confirmed a complimentary oil change, an emblem estimate, and asked us to check in directly with her. The next day, July 24, 2025, our vehicle became undriveable immediately after the oil change performed by BMW of Arlington. Dealership staff verbally acknowledged that a plastic component was damaged during service, but no technician report or written explanation was ever provided. They issued us a loaner vehicle, which we believe indicates they recognized the severity of the failure and their responsibility. If the dealership admitted that their staff damaged a component during service, they are typically liable for the repair, regardless of warranty status. Providing a loaner vehicle often implies recognition of fault and intent to resolve the issue. Then, on July 26, 2025, General Manager Tim Branch issued a written offer to repair the vehicle as a “goodwill gesture,” while explicitly denying liability. The offer came with coercive conditions More

Complete dumpster fire of an organization. After the deal was done I provided feedback about some areas of the entire process I was disappointed with. The sales man personably insulted me as a person, insulted my military service, and called me names in a text message. I wrote an email to the dealership and called and left messages about their issues and got no response. More
