As I am a single father who had to bring his Father and Daughter with to the appointment, it was wonderful that while we had the usual delays in the process while waiting for financing to resolve, Tim kept helped to keep my daughter and father from getting bored. A no pressure sale process that helped me feel like I was buying from a friend, rather than someone I had just met. The online pricing on the Gateway Hyundai site was spot on, and the car even more impressive in person than the research I had completed. More

Our first family car died unexpectedly, and we learned the engine needed to be replaced. After learning the replacement engine needed to fix the car was back ordered for months we realized the time had come for us to move to a larger vehicle for our growing family. We were soon introduced to Tim who quickly gave a frazzled couple peace of mind. Tim was calm, and reassuring through the whole process. He worked with us to make sure we got the best deal that worked with our budget, and often reminded us that we needed to do what worked for us, even if that meant coming back another day. He never made us feel uncomfortable or pressured, unlike our previous car-buying experiences. Tim was honestly just looking to help a young couple in a tough place. We never thought we would be driving out of the lot with a new vehicle the same day we had one towed in. My husband and I feel very blessed that God guided us to Tim in our time of need.
