Horrible Found truck I wanted online. Drove from Madison on Thursday afternoon to take truck for test drive. Loved it! Sat down with salesman and said I want t Found truck I wanted online. Drove from Madison on Thursday afternoon to take truck for test drive. Loved it! Sat down with salesman and said I want to buy truck and I already have my own financing. He was not happy about the financing, said he could get a better interest rate. I knew he couldn’t and I didn’t want to get another ding on my credit report. Finance manager came over and I told him the same thing. I put 500 down payment on the truck and said I’ll be back Saturday to pick up truck. Both salesman and finance guy said they would be too busy Saturday! I changed my plans to make it Friday. I call salesman at 9am Friday morning and told him I will be there at 2pm with check in hand. He said that will work. I get there at 2 and we do all paperwork. Then salesman says truck won’t be ready for at least an hour Because it is getting detailed! I said I can’t wait, so I get in my new dirty truck. 40 miles up the road check engine light comes on and says I need to bring it back to dealership right away otherwise I will only be able to go 5mph. I call salesman and say I’m on my way back. He says all mechanics are leaving in 15 minutes and he can’t look at my truck until Monday. Gave me a loaner that our kids car seats wouldn’t fit in! Monday I came back and they say the DEF fluid was frozen!!!! This was common. I ask why they didn’t park inside on Thursday night knowing I was coming the next day? No comment. Nightmare!!! More
