Jeep Wrangler Willy Kraig Peterson does a great job at representing the Summit Auto team. He gave a fair number of options as far as vehicle models to make sure it was indeed a Jeep Wrangler that I was looking for. Then down to the individual model of Wrangler that meet my needs. He did not oversell but did make sure that I got the options that I wanted in the Wrangler Willy. When discussing new as opposed to used it was obvious to me that new is my best option. There was no question of "shopping" other dealerships because of the comfort level Kraig brings to the table. It was a pleasure and I look forward to dealing with Kraig again. More

2017 RAM Big Horn 1500 4x4 On Friday I went to Summit to look at their truck selection as my wife and I were thinking of trading in our JEEP. I contacted Brock as he is my sales On Friday I went to Summit to look at their truck selection as my wife and I were thinking of trading in our JEEP. I contacted Brock as he is my salesman. Brock graciously put his devotion into working with me and listening to me about my needs. I had picked out a specific truck and after my wife and I test drove that truck for nearly 1 hour we returned and Brock wanted to know what I thought and if I had any questions. Brock never pressured me or my wife. We told Brock this was the one and we wanted to go forward. In about ten minutes we had numbers on our trade and for the truck. My wife and I were satisfied with those numbers so I went back home to attend to our dog while waiting for the final from Brock and Summit. In the matter of an hour or so I received a phone call and we arranged to pick up the truck at 415pm. Brock and Summit had the truck completely ready to go and took 15 minutes for paperwork😎. This was our third vehicle purchase from Brock and Summit. Brock is an outstanding salesman that listens and does not pressure you. I will highly recommend Brock and Summit to my friends and family. More

Pleasant experience The dealership was very helpful in every aspect of the trade-in to leasing a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk. I had already worked with another deal The dealership was very helpful in every aspect of the trade-in to leasing a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk. I had already worked with another dealership on figuring out my next vehicle, but they didn't offer enough for my trade-in to earn my business. When I contacted Summit, it was immediately suggested as a 1st step, prior to stepping foot in the dealership, that I go onto the Jeep website & build my vehicle. I did so & then there was also a link to "find my vehicle". It brought me 3 options & one was the exact color combo that I had chosen, along with the option packages that I had built. Once I got to the dealership, they laid out leasing options on that particular vehicle & made an initial trade in offer. The trade in offer was a bit low, according to Kelley Blue Book, but we were able to get to an acceptable number from there. The next day they got to work securing that vehicle from a dealership 60 miles away & had it @ their dealership the next day for delivery. Throughout the process, the communication was superb. They really are focused on customer service. Brock, is a superstar on the frontline & the rest of his team backed him up 100%. I was very pleased with every aspect of the transaction and I'm sure the service from here forward will be the same. More
