We purchased a 2005 Toyota Sequoia recently from Tim Clark and Newton just recently. After the purchase a few days later we noticed that one of the mirrors didn't work. I called a Toyota dealer just to Clark and Newton just recently. After the purchase a few days later we noticed that one of the mirrors didn't work. I called a Toyota dealer just to check the price for one and it was nearly $500 before labor! I was so upset because I just new that when I called Newton they would just laugh and stand behind the "as is-no warranty" section of any used auto contract. Well, to my surprise Tim was very concerned and handled it like a true professional. He promptly contacted his mgmt and said they would take care of it and wanted to be sure we were happy with our purchase. I could write much more but simply put they went ABOVE AND BEYOND our expectations in every way!! Tim stayed involved during the entire repair process and Russell was great to work with in the repair shop too because he kept us informed at all times and made the repair very convenient for us. Our experience was fantastic and we would highly recommmend Tim and Newton Nissan! These guys and this dealership have it together and we will definitely be back. They obviously believe in customer service and our experience will never be forgotten! More

We actually started our car search at another dealership nearby, and by the time we left there we were so fed up with the pushy salesperson who wouldn't listen to what we wanted that we almost gave up the s nearby, and by the time we left there we were so fed up with the pushy salesperson who wouldn't listen to what we wanted that we almost gave up the search for the day. We decided to stop by Newton Nissan to look around briefly, and we were very pleasantly surprised by how opposite our experience there was from what we found at the other dealership. Tim was very helpful and patient with us, he listed to what we wanted and what our car budget was, and he found us a great car that fit in our budget. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a new car, and I hope he's still at Newton when we get ready to trade in my husband's vehcile so that we can work with him again. From the moment I walked in the dealership, Tim (my salesman) was attentive and responsive and had a car for me to look at within 30 minutes of my arrival. He asked all the important questions and delivered. I was very sepcific in describing what I was looking for and he was equally responsive. I was very impressed. Then the complicated part... the financing. This, I was nervouse about as I was recently divorced and a single mother of two. But Rob, though my particular situation was complicated, jumped through all the necessary... and unnecessary... hoops to help make this happen for me. I now own a 2012 Nissan Altima that fits me and my budget and my life perfectly, and I could not be more pleased. I would refer family and friends or even strangers to these two gentlemen any day.
