I had a great experience at Newton Nissan. I had originally went in for service on my 2001 Nissan Maxima but ended up buying a new 2011 Nissan Altima from Tim Clark. I really had no intentions of buying a new car but after speaking with Tim, I changed my mind. He listened to me and was very mindful of what I was looking for. He hit it on the nose with the car he showed me. He also really worked with me on getting my payment close to the amount I wanted it to be at. He was very friendly, helpful and easy to talk to you. I never felt pushed or pressured to buy a new car. Bruce and Rob in Finance were also extremely helpful and friendly. Rob worked to get me the best interest rate and payment through Old Hickory Credit Union without me even asking him to. I was very impressed with this! I have worked at car dealerships in the past and have to say that I was very impressed with the experience I had at Newton Nissan. Sometimes buying new vehicles can really be a headache but Tim, Bruce and Rob made it an extremely relaxed and fun experience! I would definitely recommend Newton Nissan to friends for their next car purchase! More

Having only used Ebay on a limited basis, initially, I was very hesitant to purchase a vehicle online, sight unseen. With a healthy dose of skepticism, I set out to contact the selling dealership, New was very hesitant to purchase a vehicle online, sight unseen. With a healthy dose of skepticism, I set out to contact the selling dealership, Newton Nissan of Gallatin, TN. My initial contact with the sales team was Tim Clark. Living in Massachusetts, I explained to Tim that I needed him to be my eyes, as I would be unable to physically see and drive the vehicle prior to purchase. Tim went as far as walking around the vehicle, cell phone in hand, divulging every detail about vehicle. And when I questioned further, he would send pictures, or further his explanation to ease any of my concerns. After reaching a fair price, Tim and the rest of the team at Newton Nissan spent much time helping me with the paperwork (which was slightly more complicated given my out of state residence). Rob King and the finance group were both right on par with the sales team. When my credit union dragged their heals with my financing, threating to slow the entire process, Newton Nissan stepped right in and beat their rate soundly! And when I went through a myriad of seemingly endless department or motor vehicle forms and insurance paperwork, Tim coordinated everything I needed from the dealership, despite it being his day off. Tim even took the time over a weekend to personally meet the car carrier who had unexpectedly accelerated their pick-up date. Over the course of the two weeks, from start to finish, Tim was in communication each day (which we joked about on the one occasion I did not call to pester him). It was only through the efforts of Tim and the rest of the team, that I was made to feel comfortable enough to move forward with my Ebay purchase. The vehicle arrived in Massachusetts last week, and it has exceeded all of my expectations! I couldn't be happier. I have to say, I've purchased many vehicles over the years, and this was far and away, the most pleasant experience I've ever had.
