Let me introduce myself. My name is Tim Coffman and I have been selling New and Used Cars and Trucks for 39 1/2 years in the St Louis Metro East area. I live in Bethalto, IL with my wife Ginger of 44 1/2 years. The reason I've had so much success in Automotive Sales is because I believe in taking care of my customers before, during, and after the sale. I like coaching Softball when my schedule permits and love following my four granddaughters and watching them playing sports, cheer leading, and dance. We were in the market for a new Ford Escape and Tim Coffman was recommended to us at Weber Ford in Granite City. We went in to see Tim, told him what we were looking for, what features we wanted on th Coffman was recommended to us at Weber Ford in Granite City. Our salesperson Tim Coffman is a consummate professional. Tim is not pushy salesmen. He is very laid back with your interest in mind. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He takes time to explain everything in depth and with reassurance to call, text email with questions if we are having issues. When he was showing us all the bells and whistles on our F-150 Powerboost it was overwhelming. But like he said just get in it and play around to familiarize yourself with it. He scheduled our paint and interior package protection for us. He makes sure your in the loop no matter how big are small of a issue. Tim did all this with his medical condition, his lungs. Truly amazing. Now on another note that has nothing to do with Tim, the issue with the chips for the computers should be a learning experience for all the manufacturers around the works. We ordered our vehicle back in June knowing it could take a long time to get it. Make those chips in your own country and join forces with other manufacturers to accomplish this. Yes it will cost billions but look what it cost you already. So please heed this advise make them here. Build the factories. We don’t need China. Know overall we love this new truck, stylish, roomy and can’t wait to tow our trailer with it. Tim did a great job with us. More
