Let me introduce myself. My name is Tim Coffman and I have been selling New and Used Cars and Trucks for 39 1/2 years in the St Louis Metro East area. I live in Bethalto, IL with my wife Ginger of 44 1/2 years. The reason I've had so much success in Automotive Sales is because I believe in taking care of my customers before, during, and after the sale. I like coaching Softball when my schedule permits and love following my four granddaughters and watching them playing sports, cheer leading, and dance. I ordered a 2022 F450 from Tim Coffman and Ryan Kaffer at Weber Ford. They made the process of ordering very simple and easy. They were very competitive on price and didn’t have any hidden fees or surprise Weber Ford. They made the process of ordering very simple and easy. They were very competitive on price and didn’t have any hidden fees or surprises. It took several months for my truck to be built due to chip shortages at Ford. Tim and Ryan were great at sharing any updates that they had and researching questions they couldn’t answer. Tim and Ryan also worked quickly to apply a last minute order update just before the truck was built. In addition to the 4.5 months it took to build my truck, Ford had an issue getting my truck shipped/delivered. Ryan escalated the issue to the highest individual he could at the transport company which ultimately assisted in getting my truck to Weber sooner. The paperwork / finance process was also super easy – again no surprises. I was able to drive my truck off Weber’s lot in less than 3 hours of it being unloaded from the transport. I will certainly go to Weber for my future Ford vehicle needs. More

We recently contacted Weber Ford about purchasing a 2021 Ford Bronco as we could not work with our hometown dealer. We worked everything out over the phone. on Thursday, Sept. 9 , we drove 135 miles to get Ford Bronco as we could not work with our hometown dealer. It reminded me of an old mom and pop business, where they believe and practice customer service. Tim is a great salesman no pressure. They could not do enough for us. We also dealt with Alex and Matt in finance. Their staff is second to done. If you are ever in the market for a vehicle it is worth your time. It made car buying a pleasure and fast. Ask for Tim, he will do you right. Tim is #1 in our book. Truly a great dealership ans staff. More
