Let me introduce myself. My name is Tim Coffman and I have been selling New and Used Cars and Trucks for 39 1/2 years in the St Louis Metro East area. I live in Bethalto, IL with my wife Ginger of 44 1/2 years. The reason I've had so much success in Automotive Sales is because I believe in taking care of my customers before, during, and after the sale. I like coaching Softball when my schedule permits and love following my four granddaughters and watching them playing sports, cheer leading, and dance. Worked with Tim Coffman and Tom Moll; knowledgable crew, took great care of me. Ordered new vehicle and came as expected! Accidentally was listed on website for sale but they fixed it right away and honored took great care of me. Ordered new vehicle and came as expected! I think this dealer offers a little less for your trade in than other dealers but just be prepared and have reasonable expectations. MUCH better than the few local dealers near me overall, go here! Finance officer was a bit of a rush though since it was near closing understandable so didn't push the packages too much which I liked but made some mistakes on the VIN on paperwork. More

Tim Coffman with Weber Ford in Granite City was very helpful with the purchase of my new 2020 Ford F-150. I called to check availability and to set up an appointment and was provided a very hassle free helpful with the purchase of my new 2020 Ford F-150. I called to check availability and to set up an appointment and was provided a very hassle free process when I arrived to test drive the truck. The truck was BRAND NEW, only 17.5 miles, and it was spec’d exactly the way I wanted it!! I did have to do some negotiating to receive 23% off msrp, not pay for the pinstripes or door guards, and receive a partial credit for a bed liner. But after some discussion Tim and his manager were able to wrap up the deal for me. I love my new truck and look forward to enjoying it for years to come. It took me 2 years to fully research all of the feature and option combinations I wanted out of a new truck. This was my first brand new vehicle purchase and after all the research I decided on a 2020 Magnetic Grey, 4x4 F-150 XLT Sport with the 302a luxury package, 20” six spoke wheels, 3.55 e-lock axle, and a factory tow package.
