Let me introduce myself. My name is Tim Coffman and I have been selling New and Used Cars and Trucks for 39 1/2 years in the St Louis Metro East area. I live in Bethalto, IL with my wife Ginger of 44 1/2 years. The reason I've had so much success in Automotive Sales is because I believe in taking care of my customers before, during, and after the sale. I like coaching Softball when my schedule permits and love following my four granddaughters and watching them playing sports, cheer leading, and dance. I would recommend working with Tim any time you go looking for a new car. He doesn't try and pressure you into a decision and is very understanding. tim was very nice and willing to help with any of my questions/concerns. However, my car is 7 days old and the radio and back up camera are broken. They say it will take 2-3 weeks to get a part to fix questions/concerns. However, my car is 7 days old and the radio and back up camera are broken. They say it will take 2-3 weeks to get a part to fix it. My radio and backup camera go in and out. I recommend the dealership for sales. The maintenance department is still up in the air. More
