When I brought the truck in for the service I was met outside the service department, called by name and was assured my concerns were important to them and they wanted us to be happy and completely satisfied with our purchase. Honestly, Tim went that extra mile and that is why my wife and I would highly recommend Champion Chevrolet to all of our family and friends. Overall the whole purchase process was painless and I feel like they did my wife and me a good deal. The service department is a great bunch to work with on anything. ALL the service managers are great to work with and explain all items to you before they start the work. The mechanics do good quality work in a timely manner. Tim has created a program to earn dollars to be spent in the service department upon any work being done to any vehicle. This program has saved me several of hard earned dollars. Champion makes you feel like one of the family every time I step on the lot. I highly recommend going and talking to them and see what you think. More
