I previously purchased a car from Westside Lexus 2016. I received excellent service, so I returned to purchase another vehicle. I was originally coming in to purchase a Premium RX. The car had been fabricated but had not been transported to Westside as of yet. So, I placed a deposit to secure the purchase of this vehicle. I went to a Lexus dealership close to my home, to ask about adding on additional features to the Premium RX. The local dealership had the vehicle colors that I requested and the additional features that I wanted. I purchased the 2024 Luxury RX on the spot. I am very pleased with my purchase. I have requested well over a week now for a refund on my deposit. I have not received my refund, and have not been given any notice of when I would receive it. More

One of the main issues with the dealership is lack of communication. We discussed a plan with the Sales Manager for when our car arrived. We went through a Sales Consultant for the purchase due to the Ma communication. We discussed a plan with the Sales Manager for when our car arrived. Information was not relayed and prices changed which left us with a poor experience overall. I am not sure at this time if we will continue to lease through Lexus moving forward. More
