Prior to purchasing this Lexus 350h back in December 2023, I researched this vehicle in so many ways that I was astounded with what it has to offer. So I also looked into three dealerships before Westwide Lexus. In San Antonio, Austin and another dealership here in Houston. I live in Richmond, and I know and have visited on different occasions, and I must say without a doubt, hands down, Westside Lexus is the best dealership by far. My Lexus representative was Tim Gallegher who was so good and helpful he was amazing. He pinpointed to the date when I was to receive my next car. Tim was very, very, informative, professional and consciences of my requirements that I wanted in this car as far as accessories and the amount of safety features. So informative, patient and always keeping me posted on when my new car was to arrive. A great and knowledgeable person about the wonderful product that Lexus was and is. Then off to the financing of the NX350h and Manny was above and beyond talking and giving "dollars and sense" information when it came to the leasing of this Lexus. I was so impressed with Manny Gomez and his mannerisms and the way he conducted himself and most of all his HONESTY is dealing with the pricing and the actual payment of my new car. Both men, Tim and Manny were a team I would have in my court any time any day and be happy with the end result. I previously purchased a car from Westside Lexus 2016. I received excellent service, so I returned to purchase another vehicle. I was originally coming in to purchase a Premium RX. The car had been fabricated but had not been transported to Westside as of yet. So, I placed a deposit to secure the purchase of this vehicle. I went to a Lexus dealership close to my home, to ask about adding on additional features to the Premium RX. The local dealership had the vehicle colors that I requested and the additional features that I wanted. I purchased the 2024 Luxury RX on the spot. I am very pleased with my purchase. I have requested well over a week now for a refund on my deposit. I have not received my refund, and have not been given any notice of when I would receive it. More
