You hear about car dealerships always trying to squeeze additional money from the purchaser. Of course every dealership has to go through the "extras" however with Webb, they presented but did not push. Miguel Morales handled the financing, professional but yet very personable and friendly. The management of Tim Gehr and Chris Irving overseeing the purchase, truly made me feel like I was family to them. I do not purchase new cars often but this transaction went so smooth I will buy from them over and over again! I highly recommend Webb and their sales team!!! More

Just wanted to share my experience with Webb Chevy in Oak Lawn. If you are in the market or have purchased a new C8, then you know first hand the frustration and hoops we as customers need to go through t Lawn. If you are in the market or have purchased a new C8, then you know first hand the frustration and hoops we as customers need to go through to buy one. After visiting many dealers throughout Chicago and suburbs, I decided to go to my local dealer here in Oak Lawn for my C8. Most dealers said it’s going to take 2 years, others needed $5-$10K down and some dealers didn’t even take me serious. Walking into Webb Chevy in Oak Lawn was a different experience. The people are real and personable, you can talk to them and they don’t BS you. First I met with Artie the sales person, he asked me a few questions and set up my order for the C8 in the system. From there I met with the manager Tim Gehr, coincidentally we have the same b-day. He ask for a simple $1,000 deposit and began to go over the timeline. His timeline was on point and that’s how I know he was not BS-ing. He stated the car will be here in 15 months, through out the time he kept me informed and I even had his cell number for any crazy questions I might have which I used a lot. Once the car was here and ready for pickup Frank Benson the product specialist set everything up and reviewed the vehicle with my wife and I and always made sure we were comfortable including setting up OnStar. Once we were ready for finance we met with Car Joe a long time car and corvette guy. Usually the finance department is where numbers change and things get added. No games were played and numbers didn’t change. I was able to get my car at a fair price with no games which made the whole process wonderful.
