My one comment for improvement - which I suspect reflects today's auto sales industry in general, is that the standard for delivery should include actually showing how the car works - how to find and use the display controls, what all the buttons do....where the fuel tank release is! The basic stuff! Not just how to pair a phone. More

Purchased a 2017 Forester on January 11 love the vehicle. We did see some scratches and were told they would buff them out for us. I called in early March to make an appt.spoke to Timothy Harris and was tol We did see some scratches and were told they would buff them out for us. I called in early March to make an appt.spoke to Timothy Harris and was told I waited too long to make the appt. and would have to pay to have the scratches out. Poor customer service, very disappointed. More
