This dealership is a class act! Starts at the top with the owner Bob Alvine and right down the line below him. I initially dealt with Bob Alvine as I had a concern which he responded to immediately and le the owner Bob Alvine and right down the line below him. I initially dealt with Bob Alvine as I had a concern which he responded to immediately and let me know that the General Sales manager Rick Marino would contact me. This all took place within 30 minutes of my initial contact with Bob. The GM worked with me NOT against me on my purchase and he was more than helpful. He was able to work out the logistics of finding the CrossTrek I was purchasing for my wife and at a very fair price. Thanks Rick and Bob! The sale was turned over to the Sales rep Tim Harris who followed through the remaining process up to and including the delivery of the vehicle. Tim was in constant follow up and very helpful. The finance manager Phil made the paperwork process at delivery painless and at one point amusing. The "Technical SME" Neil walked my wife through all the operational aspects of the vehicle and did a great job! Overall this was a great experience end to end and this is why this was not my first purchase from Premier in Branford. This was my first time buying a new car after having back luck purchasing a significantly older used car elsewhere. I'd had great luck with that for 20 years, but it seemed my luck had run out and it was tim luck purchasing a significantly older used car elsewhere. I'd had great luck with that for 20 years, but it seemed my luck had run out and it was time to step into the 21st century. I was excited about buying a new car, but also a bit nervous. After doing lots of research online, including browsing the websites of dozens of dealerships in Connecticut, I decided to go with Subaru, then further narrowed it down to 3 Subaru dealerships. From there, I decided on Premier Subaru. My experience with these folks was excellent. About as good as it gets when it comes to car dealerships. While this may have been my first new car, I'm no stranger to car dealerships and sales in general. Excellent experience from the moment I walked into their showroom, through the intake process, through the whole deal. I walked in hoping they'd spot me a car and that's exactly what they did. Professional every step of the way through my 2 test drives, tour of the dealership, and thorough finally walk-through and delivery. That's how it's done, folks! More
