great job by Tim Hoffman and crew We have always had good results from Palmen and when the dealership was known as Schaefer Motors. Salesmen like Tom Helgesen, Jeff Moes, and Al Furia We have always had good results from Palmen and when the dealership was known as Schaefer Motors. Salesmen like Tom Helgesen, Jeff Moes, and Al Furia were all great in listening to our needs and always watching for the vehicles we wanted. They worked with us to give us a great deal. Hope to find someone new on the staff that has the same work ethics as these men did. Tim Hoffman and the service department have always been great to his when finding problems and solutions to the problems. For regular maintenance, they are the best. More

Both of those were taken care of as well as tire rotation that was pointed out to me was due for my truck by my Service Manger, Tim Hoffman. the work was done in the time stated to me when I checked in. At the completion of the service Tim went over the work completed and then also showed me where they checked for other issues and found none. It is always a pleasure to walk into the Service area and be greeted by the smiles and be recognized by name, not just from Tim but from all the service managers Jason, Kevin and Jeff. Great team. Tim always makes sure that my wife knows what he is going to do on the vehicle and explains any questions she has. After the service he takes the time to go over the work completes and makes sure that she feels comfortable that there are no issues with the vehicle. More
