Very Happy With Palmen Service Center The Palmen Service Center staff I've encountered, in particular Tim Hoffman demonstrate the best customer service and are so very pleasant to deal wit The Palmen Service Center staff I've encountered, in particular Tim Hoffman demonstrate the best customer service and are so very pleasant to deal with. Tim showed me I disabled the trunk latch by accident, confirmed the leak in the A/C by the hissing noise and identified that the seat plastic had cracked which was the seat issue I had questions about. He then set about getting everything scheduled and the part ordered. After a short time I was given a loaner car and sent on my way. Tim contacted me when the repairs were complete. Kudos to the Palmen team! Thank you Tim! More

It’s a design flaw that’s been followed around by a circle of black cats, basically everything that could go wrong has. To compound this I’m an excessively fussy man when it comes to my vehicles and that hasn’t made things easier. Dan First and his team have been very good natured and done what they have to make this situation right. I’ll be back for my next vehicle as this really is a great dealership. More
