My daughter had scheduled the appointment and told them what I was looking for. Tim was prepared and ready to show me the used cars I wanted to see when I got to Hardy’s. I chose the car I wanted and told Tim what I wanted to pay. He was very respectful and got me very close to what I wanted. The finance manager was also very easy to work with. I had already done a lot of research online and knew about what I wanted and the price that I was willing to pay, but I had never driven one. The test drive confirmed my thoughts about the car. This one was listed more than my price range, but I made an offer and to my surprise, they said "yes". It was a great deal and beat the price of some of the others I was looking at. Within about an hour and a half, I was on the road with my new Volt. It has been a week now and I'm really happy! More
