Honestly one of the best car buying experiences ever! We started out at Infiniti’s sister lot (with excellence service), saw a car online that took us over to the Infiniti lot, and we were taken care of fro started out at Infiniti’s sister lot (with excellence service), saw a car online that took us over to the Infiniti lot, and we were taken care of from the moment we stepped foot on the lot! I think we probably worked with at least 5 or 6 different people (Tim, Andre, Chris, Jenn, Patrick , Frank, Nick )within the dealership and everyone was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and genuine! It was a wonderful experience and we will absolutely drive from West Palm Beach again to go back! More

NEVER DEAL WITH INFINITI OF MELBOURNE!!! If you have to lie to sell a car, then get another job! The dealership does not return calls forcing to drive there. Promises need to be written down because they have a short memory and the salesman I dealt with, Patrick Herrero is a xxxxxxxx! This man lies to you face! Take the time to drive a little farther. Infinity of Melbourne is bad news! We spent 20K on a used car and the first thing we found out the day after the purchase was that the tires were over nine years old. The list went south from there, wobble in the wheels, rat nest under the hood, etc. they claim that they do 150 point inspection... really? How did you miss the rat nest and the nine year old tires? More
