I'll start saying the experience did not meet my expectations, it exceeded by a thousand miles my expectations. Since the moment we stepped into the office and met Tim and had him kindly and patient expectations, it exceeded by a thousand miles my expectations. Since the moment we stepped into the office and met Tim and had him kindly and patiently listening to what we were looking for, our story of moving back and forth to the US and the fact we were purchasing a car for the first time, none of what other dealers could see (and at least one actually saw) as constraints or red flags mattered, he took us to the patio, even let us drive the car by ourselves, I mean, it was completely amazing. When we were finally ready to close the deal, another big surprise - I was convinced to not spend any money as down payment (as I had in mind at the beginning) and the payment conditions for the lease plan were insanely better than what I could ever imagined. In summary, the only thing I'd say it's difficult when making business with Robert Brogden it's not to make business at all. If you want to buy a car and enter that door, you will buy a car. That's a fact. I'm already afraid to get back there to pick up the Envision registration paperwork and leave it driving a GMC Sierra, not kidding... Thank you all for making this such a delightful experience, it's needless to say we already became customers for life! More
