I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I bought my previous Kia from City Kia in Orlando. I buy a new vehicle at least every two years. This time I wanted to give my business to a local de I bought my previous Kia from City Kia in Orlando. I buy a new vehicle at least every two years. This time I wanted to give my business to a local dealer. I purchased a used vehicle and after having it two days, decided I purchased the wrong vehicle. I called back to try to trade it for a different vehicle and after numerous calls I finally received a trade price that was absolutely ridiculous. They obviously don't want this used vehicle back. They are profit oriented, not customer oriented. I will never go back. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I do recommend City Kia of Orlando. More
