Had to reach out to service for 2017 Sonata hybrid, which had a failed engine. Service informed me of all the repairs needed, and a possibility the vehicle cannot be repaired. My plan was to purchase a used had a failed engine. Service informed me of all the repairs needed, and a possibility the vehicle cannot be repaired. My plan was to purchase a used hybrid however none could be found and I was uncomfortable with purchasing online so I talked to sales and Tim was wonderful and showing me the type of hybrid I wanted and I purchased a 2025 sonata hybrid I’m happy with the purchase. The jury is out as to whether or not the 2017 hybrid can be repaired under warranty or if it will become scrap. Jeremy in the service center was pleasant and easy to work with highly knowledgeable about the engine failure with this particular model and year. More

Oneida was awesome to deal with and so was Noell. My wife had bought a previous car in 2018 there from Tim. When she stopped by first a week earlier Tim was not there so she had talked with Oneida. Then when we came back on Saturday my wife had just mentioned to him that she hadn’t seen him before but it was great to see him still there. He said nothing and seemed to be stewing. When we walk back to finish the financials with Cory I looked back and Tim looked beet red and rather upset. Everyone else there was great and very professional, but Tim. My wife mentioned she would not deal with him in the future. Thanks for a great experience other than that. More
