Updated Review from April This is an update of a 5 star review I gave a month ago. The transaction initially went well and everything was done in a timely fashion. Price and pr This is an update of a 5 star review I gave a month ago. The transaction initially went well and everything was done in a timely fashion. Price and preparation were fair and done quickly. Unfortunately follow up has been lacking. As the expiration date approached on my temporary registration I contacted our salesman and didn’t receive any response. I finally spoke with a woman in the office who discovered that the registration had been sent but to the wrong address. I live out of state and was promised that Krystal, and then NYDMV (for the title) would send it to me in NJ but it wasn’t done. Luckily, I tracked down the documents in the post office where it was sent, and called NYDMV myself and had them correct the mailing address. Similarly, I haven’t heard back about some minor damage to the used Ram that I discovered after the transaction that would possibly be addressed. Bottom line, this is still a good place to buy a vehicle with friendly staff, and a lot of help at the time of the transaction, but I feel that communication should have been better at the back end. More

Tim Maltbie & Jared Procell were great to work with. I don't enjoy car dealing at all; however, I trade vehicles about every three years. My husband has purchased his last few trucks from Krystal and th I don't enjoy car dealing at all; however, I trade vehicles about every three years. My husband has purchased his last few trucks from Krystal and this is the second vehicle I have leased from there. I must say that this deal was much easier than most others I've ever made, and I would recommend this dealership to anyone who feels the way I do about trading vehicles and not liking the process of car dealing. More
