I had a friend with me when Ed was showing me the Taos (I still own a 2001 Jetta TDI & a 2017 Tiguan). He has been in all of my VWs. As we were leaving he asked me how I managed to find a car salesman that kind, considerate & honest. He had never had such an experience with any car he had ever purchased. I told him he was shopping with the wrong person. The amazing thing is that this kind of treatment will continue no matter how long I own the car.
