SCAMMERS! !!! they will make sure to scam you any way they can so make sure to read carefully and walk out with your original contract!! Because the finance manger George will sign documents and sneak in maintenance plans or warranties!! They will make sure to scam you one way or another!! DONT BUY HERE!! They will pressure you and try to “fluff” the number to paint them nice but in reality you are getting screwed over. Don’t forget rude general manger and manger. They will threaten your job and that people you DONT want to give your money to. Trust me just a bunch of scammers under that roof. More

Just a sleazy, awful experience. This dealer advertised a couple Audi Etrons at great prices. We looked into shipping the car to Boston, where I live, and received many quotes that w This dealer advertised a couple Audi Etrons at great prices. We looked into shipping the car to Boston, where I live, and received many quotes that were more than reasonable. We also looked into flights and hotels in the Chicago/Kenosha area in case we wanted to take a road trip and drive our newly purchased car back from this dealer. They do not negotiate so we settled on a car and asked for them to send us a "proposal." The car price was below $30K but they tacked on fees, "Audi battery inspection" which ran $1400, interior treatment which ran another $1200 (ebay sells the same treatment for $50), government fees, dealer fees, service agreement and so forth that totaled another $10K. I asked them about the battery inspection, and the service agreement and received no reply. I then told them that I wanted none of the treatments and only wanted to know the necessary fees. They replied that the car was sold, but there was another Etron available that was more expensive. Asked them to send me a proposal on the second Etron without all the nonsense fees. A couple days later, one of the sales managers wrote me to say that car is also sold. A day later, I received a notification that this car's price had dropped. Clearly it did not sell and the price was advertised as having dropped $500. I called back and asked about it. Was told it was available. So I again told them to send me a proposal because I wanted to put down a $1500 deposit. I never heard from them again despite the car still appearing on Cars.com as being available for sale. Bait and switch, $10K upcharge for unknown, sleazy options and fees, lies about cars having been sold, unwillingness to answer questions about where my money would be going, and so forth. Just a shoddy, dishonest dealer. We did end up purchasing an Audi Etron with 12K miles on it and 11 months of new car warranty. Paid a couple thousand more but we got it stress-free and were treated like valued human beings from the Audi dealer from whom we made the purchase. Stay away from this shoddy, dishonest dealer. Total waste of time. Nissan as a carmaker had turned into a joke with shoddy products and illegal business practices. This dealer has taken its cues well from its parent, failing conglomerate. More

I called ahead to check on availability and asked if their online trade in calculator was accurate. I was told it was but often could be low if the car was in excellent shape. It was exceptional, having been purchased 3 week earlier. This was the first lie. The agreed price was 3000 higher but still reasonable, given their lower mileage, 1 year newer vehicle with $5000 more in accessories. I told them up front that I DO NOT BUY extended warranties. I had a hand written offer that they accepted. I had given them the details of my existing loan and my bank phone and contact info. I was going to simply pay the difference by check. He gave me a copy of all the paperwork on a thumbdrive that I discovered was empty or corrupted when I got home. I was forced to finance with them because they failed to call my bank to confirm the loan and my checking account balance. I was not going to invest another 540 miles in a return trip. 10 days later, I got the loan info from their bank. The amount was nearly $8000 higher than the agreed price. The extended warranty they "threw in" was about $5600 AND they charged me 23% sales tax. Foolish me, trusting a car salesman. It took about 3 agonizing weeks to straighten this out. I believe that they only agreed to the original deal was out of fear of fraud charges on the sales tax. They called the whole issue a simple misunderstanding but refused to divulge who misunderstood what. DO NOT BUY AS MUCH AS A KEYCHAIN AT THIS DEALERSHIP. The salesman, Tim, was just OK but the manager and finance manager (George) were barefaced liars. More

Highly recommend Tim Marshall with Kenosha Nissan! I bought my Nissan Armada in 2020 from him. When I started searching for a car for my soon to be 16 year old, I was dreading the process but then t I bought my Nissan Armada in 2020 from him. When I started searching for a car for my soon to be 16 year old, I was dreading the process but then thought about Tim. Sure enough, we walked out with a great deal on an Infiniti QX60! He took his time answering all of my questions and the process was done before I knew it! Best service from Tim and the rest of his team! More
