My service advisor, Tim, was great! He contacted me early in the morning to let me know my car had been checked in and then again during the day to keep me up to date on progress. Even though it was raining and they couldn't wash the outside of the car, my carpets were vacuumed and looked great upon pickup! Thanks! More

The reason for the 3 star and not the 5 deserve is when the porter brought us the vehicle I asked why it wasn’t washed and he said it was a few days ago but it got dirty in the lot waiting for pick up. We the porter brought us the vehicle I asked why it wasn’t washed and he said it was a few days ago but it got dirty in the lot waiting for pick up. We dropped off and picked up the same day. He was just to lazy to clean it. Once he noticed I was irritated he asked if we wanted it washed of course I did but I didn’t have time to wait when I was told it was being washed and it will be ready. I’m not sure if it is the writers responsibility to make sure it gets clean but he deserves a five star for his customer service. More
