Hi, my name is Tim Munion. I joined the Germain team in January of 2019 as a sales consultant. Prior to transitioning to Germain, I started in the automotive field in September of 2019. My prior experiences have given me the knowledge I need to provide our guests with the quality care they deserve. I believe in treating others the way I wish to be treated. Born in Charleston, SC I was raised in Minford, OH. I miss the terrain, mountains, and hills. Graduating from Minford High School I relocated to the Columbus/Westerville area for the opportunity that is available. To stay busy outside of the dealership I enjoy spending time with family, and my dog. I love to read, play guitar, workout, and ride motorcycles and dirt bikes. Another thing I enjoy is serving my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. My favorite Honda is the Accord. Although I’m a truck person I like that the Accord sits low and feels like it has plenty of room. I look forward to meeting you and providing you with quality service.

Love this place. The buildings are beautiful and clean. The people are so professional and helpful. Germain Honda of Dublin was very respectful of me and my daughter. Timothy Munion handled the transaction for the car we wanted. I'd like to give a better review, however my experience with Germain Honda has turned out to not be as stellar as some of the others here. I bought my 2014 Honda Civic Si from Germain Honda in October of with Germain Honda has turned out to not be as stellar as some of the others here. I bought my 2014 Honda Civic Si from Germain Honda in October of 2018. I was ready to walk away from it due to the loud aftermarket exhaust when the salesperson offered to replace the exhaust as a condition of purchase. I agreed as he gave the impression that it would be replaced with Honda parts. 2 years later, the muffler started falling off so I brought it back to their service department to find that the entire exhaust needed to be replaced due to rust. Apparently, the used car department isn't above cutting corners and putting cheap parts on a good car in order to get it out the door. The Customer Service Supervisor, John Reynolds, was remorseless when I spoke with him. While they ended up paying for 50% of the repair, had they put better quality parts on in the beginning, I'm confident that I would not have had this issue. In all of the cars that I've owned, I've never had an exhaust rust out in two years' time. I can't say that I find this dealership to be trustworthy due to this instance of choosing to put clearly sub-par parts on a vehicle to save a buck while creating problems for the buyer to deal with later. Had a great experience at Germain and Tim as my sales rep. I was there for 5 hours and Tim was more than happy to let me test drive as many vehicles as I wanted. I found a great deal on a 17 accord and a rep. I was there for 5 hours and Tim was more than happy to let me test drive as many vehicles as I wanted. I found a great deal on a 17 accord and after we signed the papers he help setup time for me to bring it in for minor follow up work and setup an appointment with Columbus Car Audio to install a remote starter. Highly recommend this dealership and Tim when looking for a car. More
