I had a great experience with Fair Oaks Lincoln in Naperville, when I went to trade in my car! I LOVE the no pressure part, which allowed me to “sleep on it”. I then went in the next day, (unfortunately Eddie had the day off), but Jorge was there to reassure me and answer any last minute questions before I went into the finance department to seal the deal! I’ve always taken my Lincoln there for service, and will continue to do so with my new one!
