I had a great experience with Fair Oaks Lincoln in Naperville, when I went to trade in my car! From Justin who originally got me in the door to Eddie who spent countless hours with me, (basically clo Naperville, when I went to trade in my car! From Justin who originally got me in the door to Eddie who spent countless hours with me, (basically closing the deal) but certainly NOT pressuring me! I LOVE the no pressure part, which allowed me to “sleep on it”. I then went in the next day, (unfortunately Eddie had the day off), but Jorge was there to reassure me and answer any last minute questions before I went into the finance department to seal the deal! I’ve always taken my Lincoln there for service, and will continue to do so with my new one! Fair oaks Lincoln took what could be a painful experience, to a PAINLESS, PLEASANT, FUN experience, which will always keep me coming back as another satisfied customer!! More
