Fast forward two weeks and I get a bait and switch situation from a different Toyota dealership (very shady place, you should definitely choose Toyota of Louisville). Before I even leave the shady dealership I call Tim and tell him I'm on the way to see him. When I pull up at Toyota of Louisville, Tim is outside waiting for me and drives a beautiful silver 2018 Toyota C-HR XLE Premium right up to me! From that moment on everything went so smoothly, from the credit and financing to driving off the lot with my new car! Truly great customer service and such nice people.
