True Customer Service I had been interested in a 2018 C-HR and took a test drive with Tim Patillo a couple weeks ago. There was no pressure to buy and he was very nice and I had been interested in a 2018 C-HR and took a test drive with Tim Patillo a couple weeks ago. There was no pressure to buy and he was very nice and knowledgeable. Fast forward two weeks and I get a bait and switch situation from a different Toyota dealership (very shady place, you should definitely choose Toyota of Louisville). Before I even leave the shady dealership I call Tim and tell him I'm on the way to see him. When I pull up at Toyota of Louisville, Tim is outside waiting for me and drives a beautiful silver 2018 Toyota C-HR XLE Premium right up to me! From that moment on everything went so smoothly, from the credit and financing to driving off the lot with my new car! Truly great customer service and such nice people. I highly recommend Tim Patillo and Toyota of Louisville! You won't be disappointed! More
