Dylan was very nice and easy to deal with and even in the cold, went in several times to get keys for us to look at several cars until we found one we liked (a Focus). Although we were previously approved for a loan through our credit union, Tracy cut our interest rate in half and what we saved on interest we were able to use to get several upgrades to our purchase. Tim worked with us to make sure we left the dealership that day with our new car. No upselling, or trying to get us to purchase more than we wanted. BEST NEW CAR PURCHASE EVER! More

So I wanted to stay with Ford, I purchased the focus at another dealership, not happy at all with them, thats why I came here. I walked around the lot just looking, (No one bothering me ) interested in the Fushion, still not sure. Thats when Susan Harvilla introduced herself to myself and my husband asked a couple of questions .. next thing I was test driving a 2017 Fushion , (loved it), went into dealership she gave the information to Tim Pellicano, long story short...
