After the test drive, the dealership did not honor the agreed price, leading to further negotiation involving sales manager Charles Huxoll. We eventually agreed on a price and I signed the paperwork. Only after signing, as I was about to leave, I discovered that all the accessories had been removed. Damien then stated they were taken out to meet the agreed price. This was never disclosed during negotiations. Had I known, I would not have agreed to the deal. Withholding this information until after signing is negotiating in bad faith, and I do not recommend doing business with this dealership.

Over 5 hours to lease a car that was supposed to be a

I ended up with a non hybrid vehicle and didn’t even get a cargo net and or cover. We were so tired after the five plus hour ordeal we didn’t check until home. You would think after 6 vehicles bought or leased from Jenkins since 2012 we would have been treated better. Very subpar experience.

I did finally with difficulty receive the cargo cover but no cargo net. This is really an insignificant piece of the whole experience. Additionally a last lease payment was erroneously taken on the vehicle 15 days after I no longer had the vehicle and 15 days after I cancelled autopay on the vehicle with email confirmation. The last payment waiver was part of the new vehicle lease. I was told by Hyundai Finance that info is normally reported to them when they receive notice from the dealer. I was told by them I will receive the money back in 10-15 working days. The whole experience was surprisingly subpar. It’s hard for me to comprehend how I ended up in this situation in light of the extensive email trail I’m sure no one has bothered to read. I partly blame myself for not walking out when it became apparent the emails meant nothing. Finally I even told their customer relations manager yesterday I would buy my 2023 out right to end this experience. I was told the car is no longer available. He didn’t know where it is. That’s a shame for I would buy it in a heartbeat.
