Age 58 born Cincinnati, Ohio youngest of 5 boys attended Mariemont High School. Attended Otterbein College and graduated with a degree in business and a minor in History. Worked in the printing Industry for twenty five years and the automobile industry for 1 ½ years. My wife Lisa and I met at Otterbein and have been married for 30 years. I have 3 beautiful daughters who attended Ohio State, University of Cincinnati and the University of Kentucky.

The manager was excellent, the salesman promised me a full tank of gas since the car I traded had a full tank. Tim Potts made the car buying experience enjoyable for us! I was dreading the thought of having to deal with smarmy salesmen, but my gosh what a pleasant surprise it was to work with Tim! I want to go b us! I was dreading the thought of having to deal with smarmy salesmen, but my gosh what a pleasant surprise it was to work with Tim! I want to go back just to hang out with him again. He was knowledgeable, no pressure whatsoever, and let us test drive a bunch of cars because we were super indecisive. We bought two cars in one day from him and will go back to him for as long as he is in the business. Ray Moore did our financing and we enjoyed our time with him as well. What is usually the most grueling part of buying a car became the easiest! What a great team! More

I'll start by saying we love our Honda Pilot. The process however was not so much fun. It started off with about a 5 hour test drive/sales paperwork process. We waited for a long time for the $$ dep process however was not so much fun. It started off with about a 5 hour test drive/sales paperwork process. We waited for a long time for the $$ department to take us and sign the paperwork. It had to have a new windshield put in and some additional towing items put on before we picked it up. We paid for it on a Wednesday and was told originally that it would be ready by Saturday. It was not done until the following Tuesday. That was after driving up there on Monday to pick it up as we were told it was finally done and ready, and it had not been cleaned up and was filthy dirty from the maintenance work done. They ended up putting 2 different windshields in the vehicle as the first once would not work with the sensors. We were told they didn't know that a factory Honda windshield had to be used??? so they had to order it after trying the first one. We were a bit surprised this was not a known issue with Honda's. Our sales person Tim Potts was wonderful, patient and very helpful in our purchase. The manager (I think) Ben (not sure of his last name) was also very nice. We appreciate the extra steps they took to make us happy as this is our first Honda vehicle after being Ford Explorer owners for 25 years. More

Outstanding service by Tim Potts and Tim from Finance I purchased a 2015 CRV from this dealership/ Tim today and Tim was awesome. This was my first time financing a car and tim answered all the questions I purchased a 2015 CRV from this dealership/ Tim today and Tim was awesome. This was my first time financing a car and tim answered all the questions I had and explained everything to me without being condescending! He even shared a pizza with my wife and I! Was very please with the service here and will be sure to purchase future vehicles from this location. Roush and Tim were top notch! More
