The Service person came right out to my car when I pulled inside for my service appointment. He was very polite and walked me to the waiting area. I received text messages while they serviced my car and th inside for my service appointment. He was very polite and walked me to the waiting area. I received text messages while they serviced my car and this visit went very quick. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the waiting area had no shade for the sun which made it very bright and hot in the morning. More

Nomally top CS. BUT more than normal long wait and did NOT follow instructions. I had a personal request NOT to move/adjust seat and mirrors, the technician who mo BUT more than normal long wait and did NOT follow instructions. I had a personal request NOT to move/adjust seat and mirrors, the technician who moved the vehicle from and/or to the Service area went out of their wat to purposely ignore my request! More

He is good. Time will tell if he fixed the problem. Compared to other dealerships you are the best but it is hard to stay on top. Everyone wants that spot an Time will tell if he fixed the problem.
