What really impressed my wife was how he went above and beyond trying to get us more of a discount by asking us if we were Costco members and getting an extra $1000 off and seeing if the company I worked for gave me a discount. Very polite and to the point. I spoke with Tim on the phone and made it clear I was traveling from the south side of Chicago and didn't want to drive over an hour one way just to waste my time. Tim Roberts has been very helpful and also helping me work through a few issues since i bought my car. Buying the car was easy and fast once we were able to get to finance to sign 5 papers after a 90 min work through a few issues since i bought my car. Buying the car was easy and fast once we were able to get to finance to sign 5 papers after a 90 minute wait, otherwise it would have been a 5 out of 5. Still waiting on a few issues to be corrected with the new car, but was overall a good experience. More

My salesman was Tim Roberts (I bought a Chevy Trax), and he did an excellent job! It was a pleasure to work with him (the complete opposite of the “slimey salesman” trope haha)!
