I was quoted a price for some work on my car. There was a definite disconnect between me and the service representative with the quote I was given to the final bill. Not only was the service rep polite and understanding with my frustration but the service manager went above and beyond to rectify the situation all while presenting a very professional, positive and caring attitude. I will definitely return to this dealership for future service. More
