Going into the process, I was honestly pretty nervous since it was my first time buying a car from a dealership. Like a lot of people, I have heard plenty of horror stories about pushy sales tactics and stressful negotiations, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Working with Tim completely changed that perception for me. He was incredibly accommodating, patient, and reliable throughout the entire process. I had a lot of questions, and he made sure to answer every single one clearly and promptly. What stood out the most was how responsive he was (and still is). Anytime I reached out, he got back to me quickly, which made me feel supported and confident in my decision. When I arrived, I did notice there was some damage to the back bumper that wasn’t shown in the pictures. However, Tim was extremely proactive about addressing it right away. He made sure the issue was taken care of, and the repair came out looking amazing. That level of honesty and accountability really stood out to me and built even more trust in the process. The entire process went very smoothly with no issues at all. There was no pressure, no confusion, and everything was explained in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed or pushed into anything, which made a huge difference for me as a first-time buyer. Instead, I felt like my needs and concerns were actually being listened to. Overall, this experience completely changed my perspective on buying a car from a dealership.
