I have never owned a Ford and was a bit unsure, but Cory Pupillo and Alex Choucri were kind and answered every question. Alex smoothed a hiccup, and Justin was excellent with the paperwork. I even returned after purchase, as I had a tech question with my 2014 Edge, and Cory explained things very kindly. I will never go anywhere else for another car, and highly recommend Sunset Ford.
