Shopped around at other Ford dealerships in the South County area for the same vehicle and had totally opposite experiences. Would not recommend them to anyone other than reporting them to the BBB and Ford Motor Company. More

I have never owned a Ford and was a bit unsure, but Cory Pupillo and Alex Choucri were kind and answered every question. Alex smoothed a hiccup, and Justin was excellent with the paperwork. I even returned after purchase, as I had a tech question with my 2014 Edge, and Cory explained things very kindly. I will never go anywhere else for another car, and highly recommend Sunset Ford. Taking the pain out of a bad situation We previously owned a 2005 Ford Five Hundred AWD that gave us many years of great reliable transportation in bad as well as good weather. My wife was sick to learn that this vehicle was considered a total loss from a traffic accident. We dreaded shopping for a new vehicle right before Christmas but you do what you need to do---regardless of how painful the task seems. Tim S. at Sunset Ford was so understanding and helpful as he helped through the process of finding a suitable replacement for a vehicle that my wife loved.
