Hello DBQGUTT!! We appreciate all feedback but we also understand everyone has their own perspective on things. As you point out, I had a one-of-a-kind used car and it was priced under market value. When you came over to make a deal, I took a few hundred more off to make the deal work for you. As you left, you questioned my integrity loud enough for all to hear and after you left, several customers acknowledged how well I handled the situation. As I'm sure you recall, the certified check from your bank hit a snag at Fedex, so on Christmas eve I personally left a busy showroom and drove to Fedex to track down the package so you didn't have to. Fedex stopped what they were doing to track down the package so you didn't have to go home without your car, and make another trip back to see us. I feel like we went above and beyond to make this work for you, but again, I understand we all have our perspectives. I apologize for the car not being washed but with how busy we were on Christmas eve, and then me having to spend 45 minutes running to Fedex, it got lost in the shuffle and I'm sorry for that. As for showing you features on the car, when you initially looked at it you weren't even comfortable with my sales person pulling the car over for you to drive...so he assumed that you weren't going to be comfortable with him sitting in there next to you to show the features. I'm sorry you have this perspective on the whole transaction but after our interactions I'm not surprised by our 1 star rating at all.
