One of the best experiences I have ever had. If you are not buying your car from Rock County Honda, you are at the wrong dealership. At age 62 I have purchased more cars than I can remember. Never, never h not buying your car from Rock County Honda, you are at the wrong dealership. At age 62 I have purchased more cars than I can remember. Never, never has buying a car been so easy, never have I dealt with people so friendly. From the minute I walked in the door I knew I was in the right place. The salesperson, Rocio Medina, was charming, professional, and very helpful, answering all my questions, never pushy, someone who makes you feel comfortable from the minute she says "Hello". Chris "Kerbi" Klemen in the Finance Dept. is the same type of person, friendly, helpful, and so laid back he makes you would almost forget why you're dealing with him. I drove away from Rock County Honda with a smile, my new to me Honda CR-V and a full tank of gas. Yes, they even filled the gas tank, unheard of at any other dealership. Five stars isn't enough, I would have given them ten. Like I said, if you're not buying your car from Rock County Honda, you're in the wrong place. More
