They all treat you well, from the first person you meet on the sales floor to the team in the service department. The buying process was very straight forward. We were planning on ordering a new Fusion when we arrived but ended up taking a new one off the showroom floor. When we came back the next day to pick up the car, it was ready and Dan Wich in the service department even transferred a service item I had purchased the day before on our existing car that we traded in. All the paper work was in order and we had to sign a bunch of papers which took the longest time to check out. Overall a very good experience. More

I wish for all my buying experiences to be this satisfying. Sometimes everything just comes together within a firm. You can feel it just walking around and seeing the people interact. Both Dahl's sales and service departments treat me just like I want. Yesterday I drove off in a new 2018 Exepedition. Jim Isaackson kept me up to date on when the new Expeditions could be ordered in June, printed out a 137 page engineers report explaining all the new features, let me know about the build week and expected delivery, took time to let me experience the new model to see that it was everything I had hoped for, and then finished up the paper work in a timely matter and explaining all the details easily understandable. They have even scheduled a one hour session for me with their technology expert to teach me how the new features work, SWEET! Even the management team of K.V. Dahl III, Tim Thompson, and Alan Jackson encouraged me warmly as I waited for the new Expedition to arrive. I think if I buy a new car in heaven someday, that the heavenly dealership experience will be just what I experienced at Dahl Ford. Of course I hope to have wings :). More

Wonderful experience, will not buy anywhere else! We were looking at a new 2017 Ford Escape. Spoke with Javier on the phone and told him exactly what we wanted. He went out of his way to show us several vehicles that fit our needs. He even drove us around the lot to look at the newly delivered vehicles just off the truck. The experience was easy and absolutely transparent. The managers, Tim and Gary were more than accommodating and genuinely cared to give us everything we wanted and more. Both finance managers, Mike and Terry made the numbers crystal clear and helped us find a payment that was right for us. Javier had the vehicle all set up and ready to go. He went through all of the bells and whistles with us and synced our phones to the car. The whole process was wonderful and we will not buy anywhere else. More
