Rachel Davis’ customer service was terrible. I called her twice and left voicemails regarding my Porsche. She did not return my calls. I reported warning lights but did not receive any informati I called her twice and left voicemails regarding my Porsche. She did not return my calls. I reported warning lights but did not receive any information as far as what was wrong with my Porsche and the estimate to fix it. I received a call from service stating my car was ready for pick up and the bill is $300.00. A week later, the same warning lights came on again. I contacted Orland Park Porsche and spoke with Tim. I was given a lame excuse that the warning faults were inactive. Now that the faults have popped up again, they are active and he stated that service can now find out what’s really wrong with my Porsche. I was then informed that the problem is wiring and quoted over $7000.00 to fix the problem. I now have my Porsche serviced elsewhere and I’m receiving superb customer service. I will NEVER bring my Porsche back to Orland Park Porsche location. More
