Prompt and Attentive Two weeks ago, I went in to Hyundai Service to fix my headlights, which were not functional. Service was prompt and friendly. Of special note was the attention Service Director Tim Turnbull and Robert Domino paid to trying to resolving my car's lighting issue. The current staffers with whom I've interacted have been very professional and willing to accommodate clients. I appreciate their dedication to excellence. More

Engine Recall on my Sonata I am completely disgusted by the way they have handled my recall. My car was literally confiscated from me on Aug 17 because it failed the engine tes I am completely disgusted by the way they have handled my recall. My car was literally confiscated from me on Aug 17 because it failed the engine test. I did not expect this at all and have gotten no where with trying to get alternate transportation. The service person told me there was a 2 month backlog on the replacement engines and I am stranded without a car. One service guy told me don't worry we'll get you a loaner car. Well guess what? The service manager, Tim Turnbull, told me they had no loaner cars available. I asked about renting a car and would I be reimbursed. I told Turnbull I would rent a vehicle until they had a loaner which they said would be available this week. Turnbull said to call Hertz and I would only have to pay $10 per day and Hyundai would cover the other $25. When I called Hertz, they said I had to lay out all the money for the rental and then request reimbursement from Hyundai, Turnbull didn't disclose that important bit of information. I called Hyundai HQ and they would not guarantee reimbursement and their website for submitting the claim says someone will get back to you in 60 days regarding reimbursement. Newsflash to Hyundai, people who own Hyundais aren't rich and can't lay out over $40 a day for an indefinite period of time! Hyundai HQ basically gave me the middle finger salute and told me to contact BBB dispute resolution. I called back Turnbull who didn't take my call and left a message that I would not be renting a vehicle. Now it's 6 days later and I called Atlantic Hyundai Service to find out about the status of the loaner vehicle. Dominick took the call and said the person who handles loaner vehicles was not at their desk but he would find out once that person returned and call me back. Well surprise, surprise, he never called me back. No one here will tell you the truth and no one gives a xxxx about your plight. Is it my fault that you manufactured a defective engine and didn't plan appropriately for taking care of customers affected? Meanwhile, I still have to make payments on a car I'm not able to use and pay for insurance on said vehicle. I have been very happy with my car but after this fiasco, I will never buy another Hyundai and I will tell everyone I know to steer clear because you clearly don't give a xxxx about your customers. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy buy one after the experience I have had this last week! My original customer service guy, Johnathan Roque was fine but all he did was check me in and was never around again when I called. Chris Pompeo was my original salesperson and he was terrific with the sale. I still can't get a straight answer from anyone regarding a replacement vehicle or when my car will be fixed. So I would like to return the middle finger salute to Atlantic Hyundai and Hyundai HQ I hope you go out of business because of this recall fiasco. More

Great service I had a paint issue on my new Genesis. I spoke with Tim the service manager and he assured me he could take care of the issue. He made an appointment I had a paint issue on my new Genesis. I spoke with Tim the service manager and he assured me he could take care of the issue. He made an appointment for me to meet with the body shop manager. I left my car in the morning and that afternoon they delivered it to me. Needless to say all my issues were addressed and not only was their work perfect but they detailed the whole car for me. Super Satisfied!! More

Great service experience! Service writer John Grosso always makes sure my service visits are handled professionally and quickly. From the initial greeting to final pickup, John makes sure that I am treated properly as a customer. Even though I had two repairs that needed to be done, John made sure the repairs were completed correctly and returned my car to me sooner than promised. Great job! Tim Turnbull was personally greeting people as the doors open for service that morning and also answered my question about Atlantic's complimentary car wash service (for my other car, a Nissan) with a free coupon! These are two people who provide the type of service that has given me the confidence to buy four Hyundais and a Nissan from Atlantic Automall. Great job! More

Fast oil changes and everyone's so nice I have been dealing with Atlantic Hyundai since "2011" when I leased my first "2011" Sonata Limited which I loved. I now have a "2014" Santa Fa. Turbo I have been dealing with Atlantic Hyundai since "2011" when I leased my first "2011" Sonata Limited which I loved. I now have a "2014" Santa Fa. Turbo I delt with Al Levinger in sales he did his best to get me what I wanted. Tim Turnbull is great I'm so glad to see him as a manager in the Service Department he helped me with my car when I was having problems and he was a tech. I know that he knows what's to do and he is very understanding as a manager. John Grosso has been my service adviser since day one and is a pleasure to deal with. My only issue is the price of the service menu for each 7,000, 15,000 & 30,000 miles it's crazy I'm not paying $600.00 for 30,000 mile check up when my husband checks my brakes changes my filters and fluids that's insane and it's not anyone that is listed here they don't set the prices it's the dealerships price nothing that they can do about it. That's my only complaint. Everyone is great to work with. More

Confidence I have been dealing with Atlantic Hyundai since 2007 I have had a 2007 Azera 2009 Sonata 2012 Azera 2015 Sonata and a 2015 Elentra all of my dealing I have been dealing with Atlantic Hyundai since 2007 I have had a 2007 Azera 2009 Sonata 2012 Azera 2015 Sonata and a 2015 Elentra all of my dealing with the sales and service have all been outstanding a rating of 10. My recent service visit I delt with John Grasso service representative and Tim Turnbull service manager these 2 gentlemen worked together to help me resolve an issue, They continually kept me advised of the progress.
