Sold me two lemons then did not include service plan Tim is the biggest crook of a sales person you will ever meet. I was sold two lemons. The current optima I have has a bad transmission with only 13,00 Tim is the biggest crook of a sales person you will ever meet. I was sold two lemons. The current optima I have has a bad transmission with only 13,000 miles on it and they magically can not find my correct paperwork that includes all the service plans. This dealership is poor quality. If you want to get a good car for the love of God go some place else. More

Good Experience We went in with a lot of negative equity in our trade and explained that to Tim from the start and he was more than willing to help us find a car that We went in with a lot of negative equity in our trade and explained that to Tim from the start and he was more than willing to help us find a car that fit our needs even under this circumstance. We ended up purchasing a new Kia Sorento and my wife loves it! Tim was very helpful and easy going. There was absolutely no pressure at any point and that made for a very good experience.
