There is always an issue with the mechanics. Once I had to diagnose through YouTube a simple thing they could not and I am not a mechanic. I brought in vehicle for a few issues when I picked it Once I had to diagnose through YouTube a simple thing they could not and I am not a mechanic. I brought in vehicle for a few issues when I picked it up immediately there was a new major issue never had problems there before and how did they miss that? My sons car went in next week same thing we left with a tire down upon pick up and work was not done have to bring it back. Always something quality is pretty bad and not trustworthy. I only come here because of my warranty. More

Detail wash, mechanical work and all work done to the vehicle were done to satisfaction. The front office did not communicate or provide good time estimates or provide quality customer service. Service tech went on vacation and did not pass along any information. Was told vehicle would be done at a certain time. Called continuously and was told it wasn't ready waited without a vehicle all day of the day they said it was going to be done but then had to go get kids from school. Came back the next day and again was told it wasn't ready. Then told them to go ahead and bring it to the front ready or not and come to find out it was ready just service tech was not competent enough to get the correct information. More

Service coordinators have generally been very good - especially Tim Wilkins. However, service is often horrendously slow. I usually wait for service to be completed. This past week, it took 3 hours t especially Tim Wilkins. However, service is often horrendously slow. I usually wait for service to be completed. This past week, it took 3 hours to do an oil change, tire rotation, and just check to make sure the rear wiper/washer mechanism was working. More
